Shenpen Wangchuk is from Serta, Golok. When he was young his mother became ill and died. His father was a thief, and went to prison where he suffered many beatings and was tortured so much that he became crazy and did not even know who he was anymore. Because of this, Shenpen Wangchuk had nobody to look after him anymore, and he entered this school in 2003.
