My name is Kargyen Drolma. I am from Dzuktrun, Darlag County, Golok. When I was about 1 year old, my father and mother separated. My father went to live somewhere else and I became an orphan, and grew up under the care of my kind mother. When I turned ten years old, I came to Sengdruk Taktse School for orphans, where I study alot. Update: Kargyen Drolma recently decided that she wanted to become a nun and dedicate her life to practicing Buddhism. She now lives at Larung Monastery, which was founded by Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok. She lives with an older nun in a very small cabin. Any donations to help her continue her studies at Larung Monastery are appreciated.
