Jigme Yeshe is from Dzuktrun, Darlag County, Golok. His family had many yaks, however they were stolen by a theif, after which his familiy became very poor. After this, his family had no other way to make a living except to become beggars. After learning of this situation, Khentrul Kunzang Gyaltsen brought this young boy to this school.
