Sonam Tenzin| Age:8| Home: Sangruma, Golok| Parents: Father and Mother
Sonam Tenzin is from Sangruma. Along with many other students in the first grade, he came to Sengdruk Taktse School because of the severe cold weather and snow of 2007 that killed many livestock and destroyed the livelihood of many families. The mayor of Sangruma requested Khenpo Kunzang to take on these young children who's families were affected by the severe cold weather and storms.
